Shipping and Delivery

 

Shipping Costs

  • Italia: Free shipping (for orders over €200), €9.99 for orders below €200.
  • EU: Free shipping (for orders over €200), €14.99 for orders below €200.
  • Regno Unito e Svizzera: €19,99
  • Stati Uniti e Canada: €29,99
  • Resto del mondo: €39,99

The total shipping cost is always displayed in the order summary before payment confirmation.
Shipping costs may be subject to change depending on courier rates and applicable shipping conditions.

Non-EU Shipments and Customs Duties

For shipments outside the EU only, product prices and shipping costs shown at checkout exclude any customs duties, VAT, import taxes (“government charges”), customs clearance and handling fees charged by the courier (“brokerage fees”).

These charges will be requested directly from the customer by the courier responsible for delivery (generally UPS), which advances them on behalf of the customer, and must be paid prior to delivery.

Such costs are determined by customs authorities and the courier and may vary depending on the destination country, the value of the goods, and the courier’s applicable conditions.

By way of example, for a shipment to Switzerland in April 2026 relating to an order of two swim shorts items totaling CHF 569 + CHF 19 shipping, the charges requested by the courier were as follows:

  • Government Charges: CHF 48.70
  • UPS Brokerage and Partner Government Agency Fees: CHF 26.50
  • VAT on these amounts: CHF 2.15

For an indicative total of CHF 77.35 requested from the customer prior to delivery.

Additional Costs Due to Incorrect or Incomplete Information

For non-EU shipments only, in the event of missing, incorrect, or non-compliant information with customs requirements at the time of shipment, additional costs may be applied for the extraordinary handling of customs clearance procedures.

These costs are in addition to the duties, taxes, and fees indicated above in the paragraph "Non-EU Shipments and Customs Duties" and are intended to cover operational burdens and inefficiencies caused by inaccurate data provided by the customer.

The following fixed fees may apply depending on the destination country:

  • Switzerland (CH): CHF 20
  • United Kingdom (UK): GBP 20
  • United Arab Emirates: AED 90
  • South Africa: ZAR 400
  • Morocco: MAD 210

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Italy: delivery within 5 business days
  • International: delivery within 10 business days

For orders placed from Monday to Friday before 2:30 PM.

Business days are considered from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

In any case, pursuant to Article 61 of the Italian Consumer Code, delivery will take place within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Transfer of Risk

The risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Customer upon delivery, or when the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer takes physical possession of the Products.

Inspection Upon Delivery

The Customer is required to check the integrity of the package upon delivery.

In case the package is visibly damaged or tampered with, the Customer is invited to:

  • refuse delivery
  • or accept delivery with reservation

and promptly notify Customer Service at customercare@swimldc.com, providing photographic evidence where possible.
