The terms and conditions governing the right of withdrawal are set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Return procedure
To request a return, the Customer must complete the online form available at the following link:
Once the request has been received, Customer Service will send the relevant instructions by email and, where applicable, the return shipping label.
The Product must be returned in accordance with the conditions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are as follows:
- Italy: free
- Europe: €12 (first size exchange free of charge)
- United Kingdom: €20 (first size exchange free of charge)
- Switzerland: €20 (first size exchange free of charge)
- United States and Canada: €25 (first size exchange free of charge)
If the Customer uses the return label provided by the Seller, the relevant cost will be deducted from the refund.
The courier (GLS for Italy) will make up to two collection attempts, generally in the afternoon. If the collection is unsuccessful after the second attempt, any additional attempts may incur an extra charge, which will be charged to the Customer.
It is possible to indicate a different collection address from the original shipping address (for example, a workplace). If not specified, the collection will take place at the shipping address of the order.
The Customer may also arrange the return independently by notifying the Seller via email. The Seller will provide the address to which the Product must be shipped. In this case, all shipping costs and risks remain entirely the Customer’s responsibility.
